Customer Service Centre

Bus Stop
The bus stop is located at the western end of the centre. Bus and train timetables are available from the Customer Service Centre.
Justice of the Peace Service
A Justice of the Peace service is available between 11am and 2pm on Wednesdays and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays. This service is provided free of charge from volunteer JP's and is located behind the Information Booth and outside Rockmans, in the East Court of the shopping centre.
Baby Strollers, Wheelchairs and Motorised Power Shoppers
Wheelchairs and motorised scooters are available for hire free of charge for up to three hours. You will need to present identification upon collection of the item. Bookings are advisable and can be made by telephoning Customer Service on 3355 5211.
Lost Property and Lost Children
Are cared for by our Customer Service Team and can be reached on 3355 5211.
Parents Room
Brookside has two Parents Rooms, the main one being located off Centre Court adjacent to Stefans. Facilities here include a private feeding room, children's toilet, microwave and children's play area. An additional Parents Room is located near Woolworths.
Seniors Discounts
If you are a State Government Seniors Card holder, you're entitled to loads of discounts whilst shopping at Brookside. Just collect your Seniors Card Specials Brochure from the Customer Service Centre for the list of great discounts and offers available at over 40 retail stores.
Students
If you are a school or University student, you're entitled to loads of discounts whilst shopping at Brookside. Just present your student identification at Customer Service and you will receive a Student Discount Card and list of specials available at a number of Brookside retailers.
Just Walk It - Mall Walking Group
As at 1 July 2010, the Heart Foundation walking program has been temporarily suspended. The program is expected to resume within the next few months.
Brookside Ladies Club
Join this fabulous social club - make new friends and have fun! This club meet every Tuesday at 10am at the Brook Hotel. Morning Tea is served, guest speakers are invited along and a range of other activities and outings are organised each month. Please contact Centre Management for further information on 3355 5211.
