The Customer Service Desk at Brookside is the information hub for the community, and is located opposite OPSM. The Customer Service Staff provide:

Our FREE Wheelchair & Mobility Scooter program allows our customers complimentary hire of wheelchairs or mobility scooters while visiting the centre.

Brookside now has an electronic vehicle (EV) charging station installed in the central underground car park.
Managed by Elanga, there are two, double-sided public high-speed EV chargers so four EVs can be charged at one time.

With over 100 stores, the Brookside Gift Card is incredibly easy to use and is accepted in any store throughout the centre where EFTPOS is available.
Brookside Gift Cards can be purchased at the Customer Service Desk, located opposite OPSM.
Please note, there is an additional $2.95 fee per gift card purchased.
Parents with Pram Parking
Pram parking spaces are conveniently located at East Deck Car Park (Commonwealth Bank entrance) and West Deck Car Park (Big W end). Just park and stroll right in.
Parents’ Rooms
You will find two Parents Rooms at Brookside, the main one being located off Centre Court adjacent to Stefan. Facilities include a private feeding room, children’s toilet, microwave and children’s play area.
The second Parents Room is located near Woolworths.
Breastfeeding Mums
Brookside welcomes breastfeeding. Feel free to breastfeed your little one anytime, anywhere in the shopping centre.
If you have young children or a disability, make the most of Brookside’s dedicated Parents & Disabled parking spaces. These spaces are available in the car parks close to the centre entrances.
Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7am, take advantage of the air-conditioned malls at Brookside Shopping Centre and WALK!
Heart Foundation Walkers meet at the Customer Service Desk at 7am every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Walking provides an enjoyable social environment for people to participate in regular physical activity. This FREE initiative is run in conjunction with the National Heart Foundation.
