Brookside is located in Mitchelton, a 15 minute drive north of Brisbane’s CBD

Parking

With over 2,600 free parking spaces available including ample undercover parking, you will easily find a place to park at Brookside.

Car parks can easily be accessed from the three entrances off Osborne Road, or from Burwood Road. Each undercover car park is colour coded to help you remember where you parked. We’ve even matched the car park colours with the nearest Major retailer logo colours to make it easier.

  • GREEN car park – supermarket end underneath Woolies (green logo)
  • RED car park – in the middle of the Centre underneath Target (red logo)
  • BLUE car park – Osborne Rd end underneath Big W (blue logo)

UNDERCOVER CAR PARK height is 2.06m.

ASSISTANCE CAR PARKS
The centre also offers parking for parents with prams, and disabled shoppers at key entrances. It has EV chargers located in the central underground car park (see below).

Disabled car parking bays are located in the following areas:

  • East Court car park in front of Commonwealth Bank entrance
  • Basement car park near East Court travelator
  • Basement car park near Centre Court travelator
  • Western basement car park near BIG W stairs
  • Western basement car park near lifts
  • The Reject Shop’s car park
  • Northern car park near ATM’s, near Australia Post
  • Western car park near UBX Australia
  • McDonald’s car park
  • Brook Hotel car park

EV CHARGING STATION
Brookside now has an electronic vehicle (EV) charging station installed in the central underground car park. Managed by Elanga, there are two, double-sided public high-speed EV chargers so four EVs can be charged at one time.

 

A bus interchange is conveniently located on the centres doorstop, at the Osborne Road entry opposite Jaylianos.

The closest railway station to Brookside is Mitchelton on the Ferny Grove/Beenleigh line, a quick 5 minute walk to Brookside.

Brooksides’ all-weather Taxi Rank is located at the Coles and Woolworths end of the centre.

Access Brookside from the Kedron Brook bikeway and then lock your bike securely at one of our five bike racks located in the following areas:

  • In front of Police Beat (best for Coles). Best for eBikes.
  • At the ANZ/NAB entrance (best for Woolworths)
  • Western entrance next to Sushi Honke (best for Big W)
  • Australia Post entry (Big W side)
  • Professional Suites entrance between Connor and Westpac (best for Target)
